Position Summary:


The primary responsibility is to assist West Coast Business Manager with strategies and implementation of strategies that will grow 1883/Cappuccine sales by acquiring new Distributor and operator accounts, as well as growing existing distributor and operator accounts. In addition, this position requires the ability to work, as requested, in other capacities that will support sales that may include all US regions.


Main Responsibilities:

 

  1. Work with the West Coast Business Manager to develop sales in the territory for existing and new accounts. It includes:
  2. Work with brokers on a regular basis: Coaching and training / develop target list of distributors and key operator accounts / presentation and sales calls.
  3. Develop strategies and programs to convert Distributors market share to 1883/Cappuccine.
  4. Identify multi-unit operator target accounts.
  5. Work with brokers and distributors to convert and support operator sales.
  6. Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for optimization.
  7. Handle sales leads and inquires in a timely manner / Follow-up with new clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Maintain good knowledge of the products, and actively participate in product training.
  9. Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  10. Take part in the organization and attend national/regional shows and local distributor shows.
  11. Provide insights on your area and participate in developing the brand strategy in North America.
  12. Other responsibilities as assigned: ability to take on various projects that will benefit the overall US organization.

Desired profile

Requirements:


  • Degree in marketing, sales, business development or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales position, ideally in the Food & Beverage sector.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Fast learner and a proactive worker with ability to adapt in fluidity.
  • Ability to work independently & with a team.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory.
  • Make decisions based on ROI with asset and time allocation.
  • Interest in the Food & Beverage industry.
