Roche Diagnostics in Midrand seeking a Workflow Automation Analyst for our IT Division to partner with the business to build IT enabled solutions and to support business applications through acquisition, requirements and solution delivery processes.

Key Responsiblities:

Business Analysis and Systems / User Requirements

·  Support the development of suitable IT solutions by engaging stakeholders on their needs, researching potential approaches, determining the required solution and recommending for approval as needed.
·  Support the implementation of projects by providing the required solutions, such as training of users.
·  Support business needs by researching and sourcing the relevant business solutions and designing them according to company requirements.
·  Support the implementation of new systems/applications by testing the functionality in line with requirements, identifying areas for improvement, recommending amendments and supporting system roll out as needed.

Risk Assessment Performance

·  Manage compliance of solutions to security standards by conducting system risk assessment, identifying risks, recommending corrective actions and implementing amendments when required.
·  Monitor systems interaction by users through conducting system tests, analyzing utilization data, identifying trends and patterns and submitting reports as required.

Workflow and Automation

·  Streamline business processes and to support the needs of the business by designing workflows, testing with users and implementing as required.
·  Support the implementation of new workflow by automating solutions, conducting user acceptance testing, identifying improvements, coordinating amendments and facilitating implementation as required.
·  Review current workflow with current business needs and improve the process and workflow.
·  Identify new opportunities to automate processes using workflow.
·  Assess process and workflow changes required as per company strategy and plan for implementation.
·  Advise on new and better workflow tools.

Site Administration

·  Support management of records and content by creating and maintaining SharePoint/Google suites, monitoring utilization, identifying areas where support is required and implementing support activities as required.
·  Manage user access to the sites by allocating the necessary privileges as requested.

User Support Training

·  Upskill users on current and new systems by creating training materials, providing input into standard operating procedures, facilitating training (on-line, classroom, trouble shooting) and providing support as required.

You, as an ideal candidate, will have the following skills, experience and education:

·  Qualifications: NQF 7 qualification in Business IT or relevant IT discipline.
·  Experience:3 – 5 years' experience in application, business process modelling and system testing processes.
·  Must have knowledge of:Workflows and related tools, Business/Digital process automation and Project Management.
