Please note: This Team Leader position is based in Roche, Welwyn (UK) only.

Team Leader, Training Systems & Operationsleads a team of Training System Specialists to:

·  Support the successful and timely development of training programs required as part of the Pharma Development Quality System. This includes prioritization and assignment of tasks with stakeholders, within the team, as well as management of activities between the different groups in Quality System to ensure full alignment of training development and deployment schedule.
·  Support the development of the training plan, ensuring training is issued on time and that periodic updates are prepared and reported.
·  Ensure administration of global training programs within the Learning Management System(s), maintenance and update of role based training curricula, and delivery of training compliance reports in accordance with defined processes.
·  Ensures training requirements are adequately communicated to business stakeholders including completion timelines and curricula requirements.

Specific responsibilities for Team Leaders within the Process and Procedures discipline:

·  Independent development of GxP Standards; Policies & SOP throughout all of the Roche development related organizational enterprises to ensure a consistent documents landscape for standards and processes related to clinical development and safety/pharmacovigilance which meet internal and external standards versus regulatory and compliance related regulations and interpretations.
·  Ensures via the Standards & Governance team in collaboration with business partners that Policies and SOPs in the controlled document landscape are up-to-date and regulatory compliant versus current Clinical and safety/pharmacovigilance international regulations.
·  In close collaboration with supported functional areas and key business stakeholders, proactively identifies needs for process standardization, regulatory compliance direction and areas for improvement.

Education/Qualifications:

·  University degree in Science-related subject or other related field (minimum requirement).
·  Proven extensive pharmaceutical industry experience preferably development and working in a GxP regulated area; broad understanding of global expectations of Health Authorities in the area of pharmaceutical development.
·  Experience in preparation, development and administration of controlled documents, training programs and systems.
·  Demonstrated knowledge of GCP, Pharmacovigilance/drug safety and regulatory requirements, as well as analytical, organizational and planning skills.
