In Diagnostics Informatics, we deliver and maintain informatics solutions that allow Roche Diagnostics to develop and launch diagnostic IT solutions that make a difference to patients' lives. To understand business needs and deliver high quality IT system, the Global Informatics Quality group is supporting a software development tool to manage system requirements and tests. Tool user satisfaction is core to us. Hands-on information about the tool and the processes and easy accessible trainings are one important pillar for user satisfaction.

In this position you will:

·  Learn how to use a professional requirement- and test management tool
·  Produce short training videos for tool users.
·  Learn how to u set up Google+ intranet sites
·  Help to design and further develop an existing webpage for HP ALM tool support in English

Your Profile

You are an enrolled student in a Bachelor or Master program with a focus on Adult Education, Training Design, Web Design, Communication, User Experience or Informatics.

Moreover you are/have:

·  Interested in questions of usability, web design and adult education
·  A pro-active knowledge sharer with excellent organizational skills
·  Proficient in either German or English
