The Facility IT Operation Team is based in Kaiseraugst (Switzerland) & South San Francisco (USA) and provides a global service to Roche users in publishing video, audio and slide content as live or on-demand webcasts. The internship in Kaiseraugst offers an insight into the daily business of the Global Webcast, Technical Event Services, Digitla Signage and Meeting Room consulting team at Roche.

This role provides support to the team in order to ensure the successful approach, adoption and support of new and existing IT services within the organization.

Your activities as intern :

· 
Prepare communication and training material for new technologies

· 
Communicate and cascade changes of project roll-outs within the support organization to global and regional stakeholders.

· 
Support and identify improvement areas in operational teams to monitor the effectiveness of installations and ensure continuous service improvement.

· 
Webdesign

Your Profile

We are looking for a professional preferably with a University level degree in Computer Science, Communication or related discipline or equivalent working experience.

Further Qualifications:

· 
Team player and ability to work in virtual team

· 
Good written and verbal English communication skills

· 
Experience in Web Design / Web Development is required

· 
Willingness to learn and an open mind for a global company's processes

· 
Excellent organizational skills and documentation skills

· 
Fluent English, German is an advantage

The start date for this internship is as soon as possible / on agreement.
