You will be responsible for:

·  Developing objectives and strategies of external lobby efforts by aligning BA and MA needs and hot policy topics, tracking MA field force implementation, sharing updates to facilitate internal collaboration and decision, shaping the beneficial policy environment for Roche and industry externally.
·  Dedicated support window for PA & KA for CAMA program & platform coordination support, contributor for PA/KA oriented external partnership program/initiative design & plan
·  Clearly understanding the policy shaping priorities and resources allocation, design lobbying efforts objectives and strategies by working together with MA team, timely monitor and track the regional market access lobby activities implementation, adjust the implementation strategy according to dynamic policy environment after alignment of BA to ensure regional MA field team achieving the targets.
·  Leading and developing company level / cross functional strategic policy projects to confront with dynamic China healthcare policy environment
·  Keeping effective cross functional communication and collaboration. Working in close cooperation with internal and external partners
·  Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

You should have:

·  Bachelor degree or above. Major in medical and equivalent preferred.
·  At least 8 years' working experience with 2 years' market access experience in multi-national pharmaceutical/medical devices company.
·  Experience working in matrix teams with track record of creative problem solving and decision influencing
·  Experience of project management
·  Excellent written and verbal communications. Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
·  Very good English and Chinese (Mandarin) oral and written skills
