You will be responsible to implement marketing plan developed by product manager.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
Implementing marketing plan developed by product manager. Assisting product manager in developing marketing plan;
Providing clear product positioning, product selling story and effective promotion tools to sales team;
Closely cooperating with other functions to effectively solve problems with positive attitude;
Conducting product training to sales and local marketing teams;
Building relationship with KOLs, developing and cultivating product speakers;
Controlling budget, making sure promotion expenses within budget, ROI principal;
Conducting joint field calls with sales team to understand customer needs and acquire competitive information;
Pre-Launch Management for new products(analyze target market situation, provide feasibility report, complete launch plan, pricing and assist registration).
Basic Requirements of the Job:
You should hold at least Bachelor Degree in Clinical Medicine or other Appropriate Science.
You should have:
Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Good command of MS office software application;
Minimum3- 5 years marketing and sales experience in multinational pharma or medical company.
