The Senior Oncology Clinical Coordinator (OCC) is an advanced degree clinician who is responsible for peer-to-peer interactions and education with advanced practice providers and infusion nurses to increase their knowledge, understanding and management of targeted and immunotherapy. In addition, the OCC is accountable for managing nurse and physician speaker bureaus. This position requires strong collaboration, business acumen and strategic planning skills to develop and execute business plans in key accounts with an expanded account team.

Territory: WA, OR, ID, MT, WY

Position Summary:

·  Strategic planning and execution of on-label and approved peer-to-peer interactions and educational in-services with customers that include NPs, PAs, Pharmacists, Physicians and Infusion Nurses.
·  Effectively manages Nurse and MD Speaker Bureaus to include identifying, training and coaching of key opinion leaders
·  Identifies, influences, and builds advocacy with customers in key accounts using on label materials.
·  Collaborates with sales specialists and other internal partners to achieve franchise, territory and account goals
·  Develops and executes business plan for key accounts including data analysis and strategic utilization of resources
·  Initiates ongoing strategic territory discussions with manager, division sales manager and sales specialists
·  Obtains and maintains clinician level proficiency in disease state, product and business knowledge to support the needs of accounts and the sales team
·  Complies with all company policies & manage information systems and processes

Qualifications and Experience:
·  Clinical/Medical certification with at least a graduate level degree is required, e.g. RN with a Master's degree in Nursing, NP, PA or PharmD is required.
·  Clinical experience in oncology is required
·  Average of 5 or more years' work experience
·  Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industry is preferred
·  Exceptional presentation skills, strong oral and written communication skills
·  Strong business acumen to include business planning and analysis; demonstrated proficiency of powerpoint, excel and pivot tables.
·  Must live in the geographic area of the assigned territory

**Please note, this position does require travel , expectation of regularly traveling by car or plane (depending on territory needs).

This position requires significant driving of either a company provided or personal vehicle as well as prolonged periods of sitting, both of which are part of the essential duties and responsibilities of the role. As a result, Genentech, Inc.
