Prepare, perform, and complete installation procedure. (HW and SW)
Support installation dedicated team according to monthly based schedule.
Take customer's call and perform technical troubleshooting to secure reliability from customer.
Be responsible for closing technical call from customer site and report to line manager.
· 24 hours technical hotline support with regular rotation for emergency calls.
3. Repairing Center
Collection of all taken back assets.
Inbound of taken back instrument with confirmation sheet.
Guiding Instrument Movement SOP and reporting to S&S S&I Team.

-신입 또는 2년 미만 관련 분야 경력
-IT관련 자격자 우대
-Windows OS및 Server 관리 경험자 우대
-Team work/ Leadership
