Sales Order Processing Associate – Spanish Speaking
Your tasks will include:
· Control and validate customer orders in OCRUtilizing ticketing system for incoming requests and issues
· Modify and complete orders based on received informationReviewing IT feedback related incidents and forwarding to the End User
· Resolve appearing issues
· Liaise with local affiliate's customer service team
· Prepare reports on the given activities
· Provide help of other team members in need of assistance due to
· Perform various assignments in flexible manner as business needswarrant (including cross geographic or cross functional tasks that mightarise as business evolves)
· You have advanced written and spoken command in English AND Spanish.
· Experience and knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
