The Product Manager Digital Solutions is fully responsible for a product line and lifecycle within the existing marketing strategy. S/he captures the benefits of the digital solutions like the mySugr app and the software solutions for Health Care professionals in a compelling messaging. S/he is the key contact with Global Marketing for its product lines and also works with local Finance and Logistic colleagues for forecasting and planning purposes.
The Product Manager Digital Solutions works closely together with the Digital Strategy Manager to identify future trends and support the development and the implementation of the Digital Strategy.
As a Product Manager Digital solution you will report to the Head of Marketing & Service.
Main responsibilities:
• Develop internal and external communication and marketing campaigns to all stakeholders
• With the support of the Medical Department, you will translate medical value into customer benefits
• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and business cases for specific growth opportunities
• Drive the product portfolio for existing and future opportunities analysing trends in digitalization also within other industries
• Identify enhancements to current features and functionalities, and analyse potential partners for your product portfolio
• Manage requests from key customers and find individual solutions for them on-site
• Translate customer needs into technical product specifications for further product developments
• Initiate projects and drive partnerships to develop new business models around digital solutions
• Lead project teams to develop and implement new business models
• Work closely together with the sales force to ensure the development of the market for digital solutions in healthcare
We are looking for a communication & marketing professional with three to five years of experience who, alongside a strong interest in patient driven marketing around digital health, will bring the following key skills to be successful in the role:
· You hold a bachelor degree or higher
· You have at least 3-5 years of working experience in med tech and / or health care and / or digital solutions industry, together with some experienced in Solution selling
· You have an IT background in either your education or experience
· You have strong project management skills
· You dispose of strong technical skills and have strong interest for IT Software
· Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools, Analytics tools, CMS (web management), Social Media platforms, Salesforce.com/CRM
· You are a good communicator (written and orally)
· You have an entrepreneurial spirit
· You are independent and work in a structured way
· You are a team player and like to collaborate with others to reach common goals
· Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English
