As a member of the technical staff at Roche Sequencing Solutions, you will be contributing to the R&D effort of the next generation DNA sequencing platform – which is based on our proprietary technology of controlling biological reactions on the top surface of integrated circuits and a nano-pore array that enables massively parallel single-molecule DNA sequencing. Because of the massive parallelism, this future platform has the potential of significantly reducing the cost of whole genome sequencing and revolutionizing the healthcare industry.
Specific job responsibilities will include developing system software as a part of the sequencing instrument to verify and test Roche proprietary sensor chips as well as the IC chips' interaction with biological world.

Requirements:
·  Programming experience using Python
·  Hands-on experience in system engineering
