The Patient Journey Partner is thelocal face of Rocheand works closely with patients and allstakeholders directly touching the patient journey, gaining a deep understanding of their needs in order to connect Roche's capabilities toco-create meaningful solutions.
By overseeing the patient journey in its entirety, the Patient Journey Partner identifiesshared purposeamong stakeholders and leverages this to co-create solutions.
Being successful in this role will deliverbetter outcomes for patientsand better community value, ultimately resulting in better commercial results.
Create and cultivate a strong Customer partnership relation
Strategy localization (Pre-Launch / Setting Goals / EDP)
Co-creating and accountability on E2E Solution with customers
External partnerships serving patient journey
Internal alignment & Resource mobilization around patient journey needs
Dynamic commercial and medical activities according to product lifecycle
Deploying PHC in patients solution and fostering the approach towards outcomes
Leverage customer adoption for Roche in designated therapy Area
Integrating Roche Dia (OneRoche)
Collaborate closely with HSP, GA, and EE to ensure prompt and equal access to Roche innovation
Accountability on deliverables and outcomes in his/her therapeutic Area
Leverage and support the Ph. Int Network and digital solutions to deploy effective engagement with customer and intervention towards Patient Journey

Multidisciplinary experience(commercial access medical)

Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or marketing or medical or access within the pharma industry
Previous experience within Customer facing role is in the UAE market is preferable
Working in cross-functional teams
Experience in Agile
