We have a great opportunity for a Logistic Co-ordinator to join our supply chain function, the role will report to the Supply Chain Operations Manager.

You will add value to the Pharma Rx division by handling and overseeing the delivery schedule for a key customer, involving large volumes of medicines over a 12-month period. You will be responsible for the end to end process; ensuring that contractual conditions are met, goods delivered, invoiced and returned on time as well as any issues identified and rectified swiftly.

The successful applicant will also be involved in other key logistical tasks including: handling of third party clinical trials and supporting with prompt import clearances to ensure uninterrupted supply of our medicines.

You will be well versed with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, which you will use to an intermediate level. An aptitude for new software packages in also a must. As a natural problem solver, you will have the confidence to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ability to address and resolve challenges as they arise.
