This is why we are looking for a person to support the role of Learning & Development Specialist and report directly to Head of Human Resources.

Your role is to support HR in shaping Roche Diagnostics Hellas's future.

Some of the job responsibilities will include:

·  Ability to provide operational knowledge in all areas of local HR policy and practice, including labor relations, and compensation
·  Management of recruitment processes for all levels within the company for planning and designing internal and external recruiting activities
·  Leading cutting-edge management trainee program identifying and developing early in career talents
·  Identification of employee training and development needs, planning, organization and overseeing of appropriate training activities and respective related reports and status updates for HR and Training Owners.
·  Partnering with Line Managers and HR Service Providers to ensure HR solutions that meet business needs
·  Identification and development of projects at a local and regional level to improve efficiencies in HR organization.

Who you are

We're looking for candidates that can demonstrate the following:

·  Higher education within a field of Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant Master studies
·  1-2 years proven work experience in relevant position
·  Solid experience in handling employee's relations issues
·  Experience in a highly matrixed environment is an asset
·  Ability to exert influence to create positive cultural change and the courage to speak-up when required
·  A mindset that understands that HR's value comes from the delivery of flexible business -oriented solutions
·  Excellent communicator with across different hierarchical levels
·  Creative, persistent, driven and eager to learn
·  An intellectual curiosity and growth mindset to go beyond the standard processes and try new things
·  Ability to operate in fast-paced and multi-tasking environment, manage various deliverables, and prioritize to achieve results and meet deadlines
·  Excellent command of English language (verbal & written skills)
·  Good knowledge of MS office, web-based systems/databases and social media tools
