Roche ERP is seeking an ambitious and talented Master Data Product Manager to help our team to lead the Master Data and digital transformation of Roche.

The Master Data Product Manager will effectively communicate and inspire others to drive alignment across Master Data Business teams, Data Analysts, Data scientists, executives and others to activate data driven insights and innovation within Roche.

The Master Data Product Manager at Roche ERP will have both the strategic vision and the ability to create aligned roadmaps for tactical execution. He/She will capture, synthesize, and communicate customer and partner needs to the different Master data teams and will be a master story teller of the “what,” “why,” and when needed “how.”

His/Her mission will be to define and drive the Master Data technology roadmap, analysing the current Roche Master Data Echo-system and the on going technology Roadmap (SAP S/4 and SAP MDG implementation), collaborate with the different teams involved in Master Data support and projects to define the most suitable strategy and tools to be used in response to the business needs.

This position reports functionally to the Head ERP Global Demand to Supply and will require some flexibility in work hours and the ability to travel internationally up to 20% to support regional and global customers.

Key responsibilities are:

·  Deliver roadmaps and translate data product requirements with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
·  Act as an effective liaison between different Master Data IT teams Roche and internal business partners enabling a balance of “today,” “next,” and “transformation”
·  Work with Roche data leadership team to enable consistent end-to-end data product strategy, priorities, and enterprise roadmaps
·  Work with the different technology owners within Roche to streamline the best tools and reduce the complexity for our business partners
·  Act as a thought leader within the company and enable the activation of data being treated as an asset

Qualifications:

·  Minimum Bachelor's degree with a background in Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
·  5+ years prior experience interacting with production, demand planning, quality and regulatory organizations
·  3+ years of software product management experience with demonstrated success of data transformation
·  Ability and eagerness to learn quickly, lead demos and share knowledge and experience with others to bring the whole organization along the transformation journey
·  Experience working with or as a data analyst
·  Will lead with empathy using the knowledge and experience of how data assets are prioritized, created, and delivered
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·  Hands-on leader and team player willing to work in an environment where individual initiative, accountability, and professional maturity are required
·  Experience with SAP MDG, SAP S/4 and different Master Data Management tools is required.
·  Experience with enterprise data warehouses such as SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus
·  Experience in Life Sciences industry or similar Regulated industries
·  Ideally will have a computer science, engineering, or quantitative degree, or equivalent experience at enterprise level companies
