As an IT Delivery Manager - Supply Chain you will be part of the Global Solution Center – Manufacturing IT team that supports Shop Floor Serialization.
You will be responsible for end to end service management and operational delivery for one or more services according to Service Level Agreements. You will be responsible for:

·  Contributing to the core business and informatics processes and solutions within a specific area of a domain, applying knowledge of systems and tools and problem solving skills to the support of these processes and solutions.
·  Implementing and monitoring system performance using defined standards and resolve or escalate problems for resolution when appropriate.
·  Participating in the execution and documentation of system testing.
·  Maintaining and developing own knowledge within the domain.
·  Managing incident and problem management processes, release and configuration management according to ITIL. This includes continuous improvement for the management of the services.
·  Good understanding of the Shop Floor Serialization business process
·  Experience in Shop Floor Track and Trace Systems.
·  Experience in resolving complex issues in a technically complex system.

You have a University degree in Informatics, business administration or equivalent and you bring the following qualifications:

·  You have 3-5 years of experience in Pharma business domain and technology, with proficient knowledge of pharmaceutical technology and processes (Manufacturing and shop floor systems, supply chain control).
·  SAP knowledge (Ideally modules related to Logistics and Production).
·  You have experience in working in a regulated environment and with Computer System Validation.
·  You are able to communicate fluently in English (written and spoken) and willing to travel up to 15%.
