That is why we come to work each day. We commit ourselves to scientific rigour, unassailable ethics, and access to medical innovations for all. We do this today to build a better tomorrow.

We are proud of who we are, what we do, and how we do it. We are many, working as one across functions, across companies, and across the world.

We are Roche.

Roche is an incredible company to work for with 92,000 employees globally in over 100 countries delivering personalised healthcare to hundreds of thousands of patients. It is renowned and recognised for investing in Research & Development being by far the largest investor in the Healthcare sector and the 5th largest investor of all companies globally, regardless of industry, investing over £6.6 Billion in 2015 alone.

Although already a top ten employer to work for we are aiming to make Roche one of the most admired companies to work for in the UK.

Critical to supporting this journey is the maintenance and provision of clear and accurate HR systems and data management.

We therefore have a new and exciting opportunity for someone who loves to work with data and systems, within a forward thinking HR division. The successful applicant will work with the data of over 2,000 employees, across business and functions located in both Welwyn Garden City and Burgess Hill in the UK.

You will work within the HR Operations division in Welwyn Garden City to produce critical reports in order to allow us to effectively manage and drive forward our business needs.

You will provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to various HR sub-functions including Payroll, Benefits and Pensions. Beside the HR core data you will also support HR projects and system implementations.

You're someone who wants to influence your own development. You're looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions and geographies and where a job title is not considered the final definition of who you are, but the starting point.
