Group Functions Controlling (FCF) is a key department within Group Finance that delivers value to Roche by leveraging market knowledge, subject matter expertise and business insights in areas such as Procurement, Diagnostics IT, Pharma IT, People & Culture etc. Through collaboration within our network and with internal business partners, FCF helps to bring innovative tests and medicines to patients.

As theGlobal Finance Business Partner, you will dive into the world of Group Finance FCF, an exciting and open minded team with global impact and expertise in Business Partnering and Group Controlling. Thanks to your strong communication, project management and influencing competencies, you will effectively supportGlobal Diagnostic Leaders and other Group Functions Leaders.While focusing on Diagnostics IT, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will meet the challenge tosupport the Business Leaders in delivery of results through deep understanding of the strategy, understanding and anticipating strategic and agile operational needs.In this role you are the catalyst for the evolution of the Group Finance FCF department!

Your further responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· 
Build and maintain strong relationships with all senior leaders to actively influence day to day decisions, shaping strategy, provide ad-hoc analysis to show risk and opportunities within budget and in the business.

· 
Co-lead with business the delivery of an Annual Business Plan with a near and mid-term outlook. Provide independent financial expertise to challenge underlying assumptions and support local and/or global finance and business projects and initiatives.

· 
Ensure financial compliance in business decision making.

· 
Closely collaborate with other FCF Business Finance team members and FCF Center of Excellence to share best practices, drive co-creation, collaboration, and alignment on priorities.

· 
You will be encouraged to proactively drive innovation and co-create the agile ways of working within the organization, helping us to adapt to patient needs, customer expectations and the realities of the marketplace

You have deep knowledge of the Diagnostics Business or other capability proven experience within the healthcare industry and resilience in dealing with ambiguity.
