JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

A.      Main tasks including but not limited to:

· 
Escalation point for operations teams for troubleshooting and working with Global Business Process Owners (GBPO), CoEs and IT

· 
Coordinate process and system change requests with IT Tier 3 and Learning CoE

· 
Overall insights of the processes, and systems, taking actions locally and liaising with Global Process Owners.

· 
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, using relevant quality and continuous improvement methodology (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile ) and support implementation of CI culture

· 
Active participation in the relevant global communities (CoE Heads, Learning Head, Regional Heads)

· 
Deliver training to SMEs and relevant external stakeholders (as a service offering)

· 
Create and update global business process documentation (Global WIs, Training material)

· 
Engage proactively with operations teams SMEs, Quality, Management and CoE to improve process efficiency

· 
Review process health based on quality trends and team escalations received from QCI

· 
Ensure process area meetings and knowledge sharing sessions are in place, close collaboration with SMEs on all training and documentation topics
