What we do:

The Record to Report Department , often abbreviated as R2R departmentprovides financial services for more than 130 affiliates in the EMEA region. Our main areas covered are: General Ledger Accounting, Management Accounting, Treasury and Accounts Receivable. The department is constantly expanding since our main goal is to perform end-to-end accounting activities in the near future.

Your day to day responsibilities are:

As a Finance and Accounting Team Lead you will coordinate complete, stringent and timely finance and accounting tasks the department's scope covers and proactively seek opportunities to allow more effective cooperation between teams / team members regardless of country / functional assignments.

As a qualified expert, you:

· 
Perform people management activities (goal setting, recruitment, performance evaluation, etc.)

· 
Ensure the service quality in the responsible area

· 
Manage change proactively and constructively

· 
Manage relationships with stakeholders in the respective business area

· 
Provide/organize help to other teams / team members in need of assistance due to workload or lack of expertise issues

· 
Foster team environment

What can you bring to our team:

We are looking for someone who is self motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. Furthermore, you have:

University degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting related discipline

· 
ACCA or other accounting professional qualifications will be an added advantage

· 
3+ years of working experience in related field

· 
Proficiency in relevant accounting software preferably SAP and MS office tools

· 
Strong communication skills, expressing ideas and expectations in a clear and concise manner

· 
Ability to work comfortably in a dynamic, changing and growing environment

· 
Proficiency in English
