Currently, we are looking for a number of roles to support the Roche Pharma Research and Early Development (pRED) Digital Biomarker program. Our objective is to use digital biomarkers to make our Roche Pharma clinical development programs even more successful.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

·  -Lead the technical development, release, deployment and maintenance of remote patient monitoring solutions for clinical studies in close collaboration with clinical development and the digital biomarker teams
·  Specify study-specific workflows and requirements for software development teams
·  Ensure the software/remote patient monitoring solutions meet scientific and clinical deployment needs
·  Manage testing and release of remote patient monitoring solutions according to applicable SOPs and regulatory standards
·  Lead and manage the deployment workflows of remote patient monitoring solutions into clinical studies
·  Manage the support of the remote patient monitoring solutions in studies, including by being a point of contact for physicians and study coordinators
·  Prepare and deliver management presentations on the digital biomarker project progress
·  Drive interactions internal and external stakeholders to help advance the adoption of digital biomarkers and remote patient monitoring

Must Haves:

·  Passion for digital innovation in healthcare, and especially for leveraging novel technologies to modernize clinical endpoints and improve disease/treatment management
·  Very good university degree (MSc. level or above) in neuroscience, medical or natural science, computer science, business informatics, or similar
·  Experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry, ideally with direct involvement in clinical development
·  3+ years of IT project experience, including test management experience
·  Quality mindset and attention to detail
·  Proven track record of managing large teams in very complex, agile and competing environments
·  Solid project management experience
·  Experience with agile software development methodology (SCRUM preferred)
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Native-English speaker or equivalent, written and spoken

Nice to Haves:

·  Previous clinical experience in Multiple Sclerosis. Experience in Parkinson's Disease, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Schizophrenia, neuromuscular atrophies/dystrophies is also interesting
·  Previous experience with analyzing data
·  Roche experience
·  German speaking
