As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to solve complex data problems and deliver insights that help to define our understanding of business areas. You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to co-create data and analytics enabled solutions that help our teams fulfil our mission: to do now what patients need next.

What you'll be working on

·  Conduct data mapping/structure related to enterprise CRM systems and downstream analytics solutions
·  Generating insights from data, enabling us to optimize business performance
·  Providing strategic direction and assisting IT Business Partners with prioritization and mobilization of resources to address data and analytics opportunities
·  Identifying business opportunities and working with business and informatics partners to architect, design, prototype and deliver data and analytics products
·  Ensuring data-driven analytics solutions are integrated into the wider Pharma Informatics System Landscape.
·  Evaluating existing datasets and providing source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for it.
·  Supporting IT Business Partners to ensure reporting requirements represent the needs of the business users
·  Leveraging best practices, data governance and standards globally
·  Sharing knowledge within Data and Analytics Chapter and others when appropriate

You have an education Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.

The ideal candidate

·  Passionate about agile software processes, data-driven development, reliability, and experimentation. Knowledge of the Agile methodology and SCRUM.
·  Has strong experience of standard database reporting and query tools and a knowledge of writing queries with SQL
·  Has expertise in Data Mining, Data Cleaning and Analyzing Data processes to structure the data, clean and exploring it to answer specific questions.
·  Knowledge of Analytics Platforms (such as Spotfire and Tableau) and visualization and Visualization techniques and concepts is essential. Knowledge of R, Python and Advanced Analytics is an advantage
·  Experience in Pharma Commercial and Medical domain—knowledge of and experience with Pharmaceutical systems (i.e. Clinical Trial Management Systems, Drug Safety, EDC) and technical details of data management in those environments.
·  Demonstrates extensive knowledge and interaction with end-users to understand and document business and functional requirements for complex projects in Customer Master data management and Field Alignments
·  Experience in Sales/Field Alignment process & Employee assignment
·  Full understanding of various MDM domains like Customer, Product and Organization and their data models
·  Experience with data profiling to understand rules for match/merge, DQ and hierarchy management
·  Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
·  Fluent in written and spoken English

Travel will be required up to 25% and you will be working across time zones (i.e. evening/morning calls).
