The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and supportive member to join our newly formed Documentation team. As Documentation administrator you will be involved in all administrative aspects including, but not limited to, the publishing of locally constructed customer notices and documents for all UK, ROI and MCEA country groups and developing a coordinated repository for the benefit of the organisation.

In this role, you will work closely with marketing and technical teams, building key relationships and supporting the documentation team writers with the publication of customer notices to the very highest standard.

Who are you

We are looking for an experienced administrator to support our new team providing our customers with a first class documentation service. Our health care organisation has a passion for customer focus and is looking for a like-minded candidate who will put the customer at the heart of what we do.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to show us the following:

Education/Professional Development:

·  Grade C or above at GCSE or equivalent in both English Language and Maths

Experience:

·  Previous successful administration role preferred
·  Previous database knowledge helpful

Key skills and personal attributes:

·  Experience of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Office
·  Logical and methodical approach to tasks and prioritising workstreams
·  Quick learner
·  Accurate typing with excellent attention to detail
·  Team player with a calming presence
·  Self-motivated whilst doing repetitive tasks
·  English mother tongue as standard
·  Excellent organisational skills
·  Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure
·  Hard working and able to work independently with a flexible attitude

Hours of Work:

·  Monday- Friday 09:00 -17:30
