Who we are:

Our International Customer Care Center Western Europe (ICC WE) gives support to people with diabetes and health care professionals from 11 countries, including Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We are part of the Roche Groups and located in Sant Cugat del Vallés (Barcelona).

The Position:

As a member of our multilingual Customer Call Center your main task will be to actively contact our retail business partners, healthcare professionals or customers. In outbound campaigns you will perform surveys, advise about or actively sell our blood glucose meters and other products in the field of Diabetes Care.

Who you are:

For the position Telesales Customer Care Advisor you bring along the following skills:

·  You speak and write fluently German and English
·  You are highly sales oriented and completing a sale motivates you
·  Ideally you have experience in working in a Customer Service Center or within Health Care
·  Knowledge of Diabetes, both personally or professionally, would be a plus
·  You are able to read technical information (in English) and provide technical support to customers, the use of supporting computer-technology is natural to you
·  You are customer oriented and have experience in handling customer requests – especially critical conversations
·  Ability to work in a team and under pressure, self-dependence and flexibility are qualities that characterize you
·  Have completed vocational training and/ or college
