Compliance & Sustainability Partner

The Compliance & Sustainability Partner is responsible for:

Innovating and experimenting whilst at all times maintaining the highest of ethical standards you will be responsible for maximising the potential of the pharmaceutical business by ensuring that ABPI Code and regulatory complexities are translated simply into Roche policies & procedures and into practical & compliant solutions when partnering the business.

You will leverage your skills and capability to:

· 
Partner with the organisation to ensure that Compliance is identified as an essential driver in all business decisions

· 
Present and train complex subject matter in a simple and pragmatic manner

· 
Utilise knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice in order to advise, guide and investigate complaints

· 
Leverage understanding of the Code, and both internal and external environment, to support in identifying and managing risk

· 
Identify areas for improvement and and development for Code related policies and procedures in line with business goals

· 
Support in squad commissioned work packages to ensure compliance expertise are aligned to organisational priorities

Individuals should:

· 
Be competent to work in the matrix organisation, and delivery of high standard work in line with organisational needs and priorities

· 
Have strong experience of working within the ABPI Code of Practice

· 
Passion for ethical business practices partnered with business acumen

· 
Be able to prioritise workload and have the flexibility to juggle numerous projects/tasks

· 
Experience in training would be beneficial

Our UK Pharmaceutical head office is situated in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, with beautiful countryside surrounding the area. Supported by major motorways & airports as well as being a 30 minute train ride to London, access is easy. Our award-winning office, known as Hexagon Place, was opened in 2005 and provides a modern, flexible working environment with facilities that are second-to-none. Around 2,000 people work at our Welwyn office in Global Early Development (pRED), Global Product Development (PD), Commercial (Rx) and our Corporate functions.
