We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Analyst to join our Strategic Insights team on a 2 year fixed term contract at Roche Diabetes Care.

In this role you will ensure the optimal use of Roche Diabetes Care products once they are listed on Formulary through managing the implementation meter budget and optimising the activities of any 3rd party pharmacy organisations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Provide analytical support to the Outcome Specialist Team, using a variety of data sources to create bespoke reports to share with Primary Care Organisations looking at their prescription spend, potential cost savings or improved outcomes.

Manage and optimise the formulary implementation meter allocation process, including creating insightful ‘pitch' templates for the regional sales teams to complete, capturing key data points of their request for meters, scheduling and hosting meter pitch calls, challenging and analysing the return on investment of requests and communicating and logging the outcome of pitches.

Be the main point of contact between Roche and any 3rd Party Pharmacist, informing them of target areas and surgeries, managing the budget spend and chairing regular review meetings.

Liaise with the sales teams and perform territory analysis to determine which Primary Care Organisations are appropriate to invest in the use of 3rd Party implementation pharmacists.

Business Partner with other business areas (Insulin Delivery Systems and Health Services & Solutions) to understand whether 3rd Party Pharmacy support / GP system queries could benefit their areas and drive any projects through to commercialisation.

The ideal candidate will be results driven with a commercial mindset. You will have excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills. For this role you will bring the following:

·  Graduate in Business Studies and / or equivalent business experience
·  Background in the healthcare industry with an understanding of the NHS desirable
·  A Business Partner mindset - good verbal and written communication skills, able to build strong working relationships and networks with internal and external customers and suppliers.
·  Experience in Managing Projects on time and to budget
·  Advanced Analytical Skills including return on investment
·  High Level knowledge of Excel is essential and Power BI is desirable
·  Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and to handle multiple priorities
·  Organised with good attention to detail
