We expect from you:

· 
Degree in HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Social Science or related discipline, passion for User-centered design;

· 
Understanding of usability, information architecture, UX design, research;

· 
Understanding of UX design standards and trends (including designing for novel interfaces such as Voice User Interfaces), command of a broad set of qualitative and quantitative research methods;

· 
Motivation and openness to learning how to facilitate workshops (Design Thinking, Google Design Sprint and others), great communication skills, ability to synthesize and communicate ideas;

· 
Drive to learn with passion, effective teamwork, interactive communication, the achievement of defined goals

· 
Good communication skills (English)

You will be a part of the team who is responsible for design and create a new product or service,

What you will get from us:

Full time or part time employment (4/5) for a contract of employment for 12 months with the possibility to extend.

· 
Salary: 5800 PLN gross(for full time).

·
