Brand Manager – Cancer Immunotherapy

We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager within the Cancer Immunotherapy team. With multiple launches over the next couple of years the Brand Manager will be accountable for supporting the Franchise to launch excellently. The Brand Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing effort for a key launch brand that is a future growth driver for Roche.

Reporting to the Head of Franchise Marketing, you will play a key role in championing the brand internally and will have individual accountability for developing a strong launch strategy for the franchise. You will work collaboratively with internal colleagues to plan, deliver and monitor marketing activities within the agreed marketing budget and aligned to brand strategy.

You will collaborate with colleagues from the Integrated Franchise Team to develop and deliver robust tactical plans, working cross-functionally to ensure the generation of comprehensive insights and recommendation.

You will continually evaluate the effectiveness of our Launch Excellence approach to maximise the brands success and investment return. Maintaining high ethical standards is key and so you will ensure that all activities are in-line with Roche's guidelines and ABPI/MHRA requirements.

With a Science, Business or Marketing degree, you will also have demonstrable project management skills. A good working knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice, associated laws/regulations is key. A good knowledge of the NHS environment and business planning processes is also highly desirable.

You will have at least 1 years' experience of marketing and will preferably have familiarity of working in Oncology. A successful history of working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cohesive results is essential. You will share your knowledge and expertise with your colleagues and build strong relationships with key customers.
