As a Biometrics Business Partner – Project Management within Biometrics Strategic Operations, you will enable the Biometrics function to deliver data and insights about our medicines. The Biometrics Business Partner – Project Management engages across all Biometrics functions to develop and realise strategy and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions to achieve Biometrics, PD and Roche goals and objectives.
For this position, we are looking for someone who hasproject management experience and experience in the Pharma Industry.
Your responsibilities are driven by the business objectives and requirements of the Biometrics organisation:
Support development and implementation of the Biometrics and Roche strategies
Deliver the business and people objectives for Biometrics and Roche
Foster and support innovation focused on people, organisation, technology and processes within Biometrics and across Roche
Determine the most efficient and effective ways to deliver solutions to Biometrics and Roche
This is a role for someone who demonstrates flexibility and collaborative capabilities within and outside the direct team. We expect holistic, networked thinking and good business understanding. We are looking for someone who will focus on the most impactful and value adding work, prioritising efforts. About Biometrics Strategic Operations
Biometrics Strategic Operations enables the development of organisational and people capabilities of the future. We support and optimise the delivery of project and initiatives to the organisation both on the molecule and molecule enabling portfolio and we hold the quality and compliance oversight, budget and portfolio information to support transparency and decision making.
We are a small agile team with an innovative operational model with generic job descriptions allowing our people to explore their talent and learn across many areas. These areas are: Project Management, Learning Management, Process Management, Healthcare Compliance, Quality Management, Organisational Development, Portfolio Management and Analysis.

Our UK Pharmaceutical head office is situated in Welwyn garden City, Hertfordshire, with beautiful country side surrounding the area. Supported by major motorways & airports as well as being a 30 minute train ride to London, access is easy. With over 1400 people occupying our site in Welwyn, you can expect opportunities in Early Development (pRED), Product Development (PD), Commercial (Rx) and of course our corporate function.
