BI Business Solution Analyst & Tableau

Job Responsibilities:

·  The position holder provides business analysis for larger new initiatives, in collaboration with a project manager, or independently for small-to medium size initiatives. He/she performs hands-on application development, while also coordinating other BI developers.
·  He/she will be engaged in new projects and transition them to the operation team after completion.
·  These applications support various business functions of Roche. The focus is on commercial operations (Sales and Marketing, CRM data) and complemented by Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR and others.
·  The position holder will be the technical domain lead for Tableau, i.e. being the primary contact point for the Tableau application developer and connecting with (remote) Tableau platform support and vendor.
·  Manages and delivers BI projects according to plan and specification. Interacts with project
·  Stakeholders and manages contractors and internal IT resources as required to achieve objectives.
·  Understands business requirements and processes and translates them into solution designs.
·  Conducts hands-on development and customizing of BI solutions.
·  Ensures appropriate system testing and project management documentation.
·  Acts as a consultant to business as well as Informatics management.
·  Support Tableau Roadmap and upgrades.
