Associate IT Delivery Manager

As an 'Associate IT Delivery Manager” you are responsible for management of distributed project teams in matrix structure (organization of work, motivating and recognition) and for management of global services using outsourced structure/resources from 3rd party Vendors. You are required to ensuring the implementation of projects / services in accordance with arrangements (budget, time, quality standards, functional requirements) at the Global Product Strategy and Roche Partnering team.

Your responsibilities include cooperation with partners (build long-term relationships, search for new areas of cooperation, identification and implementation of improvements, propose solutions, handle service escalations).You manage of cooperation with external service providers/solutions, providing the availability and commitment of adequate resources.

We are looking for a highly motivated candidates who demonstrate outstanding communication skills, ability to work within multidisciplinary teams, creativity, and a high degree of intellectual independence. We are looking for individuals able to bring quality at a partnership level both externally as well as internally.

Requirements:

·  ‘Team Player' with a can-do attitude;
·  Minimum 3 years' experience in work related to Software Development Lifecycle;
·  Minimum 2 year of experience in project or service management in a multicultural environment;
·  Knowledge of ITIL for services and PMP, Agile/Scrum for projects
·  Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within global organizations and virtual teams;
·  Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate in English.
