Coordinate the continuous, effective operation, maintenance, and repair of the Kentucky Distribution Center ensuring facility grounds, facilities structures and facilities infrastructure remain compliant with the various internal and external requirements associated with a pharmaceutical distribution center.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
●Perform basic facilities work in a current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) environment.
●Perform basic facilities work through the electronic facilities management system.
●Monitor work performed by service providers to verify work is performed to work plan, and
standards.
●When assigned, verify on-site service provider work has been performed according to established
standards.
●Document work performed in required systems while adhering to current Good Documentation
Practices (cGDP).
●Provide supplier performance feedback to supervisor.
●Maintain audit readiness and present facilities related cGMP and cGDP before auditors.
●Maintain, monitor, and control the spare parts inventory and related inventory control procedures.
●Maintain current membership in the site's emergency response team.
●Perform facilities rounds, inspections, and audits not assigned to suppliers.
●Participate in relevant meetings.
●Complete required training in full, on time.
●Maintain the maintenance shop, all power tools and equipment and inventory in accordance with
EHS/SHE Occupational Safety and Health Handbook and OSHA safety standards.

Job requirements include, but are not limited to:
●AA degree in a related field or equivalent experience and certifications preferred
●A minimum of 3 years experience in facility maintenance.
●A minimum of 1 year experience in a cGMP environment preferred

○ Ammonia chiller, chilled water plant systems
○ Boilers
○ Building Automation Systems
○ HVAC systems
○ Electrical systems
○ Fire / life safety systems
○ Facility maintenance planning and execution systems

●Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

diplomacy.

●Ability to read and interpret complex regulatory documentation.
●Ability to perform routine tasks without direct supervision, and able to complete new assignments

timelines and department goal.
