Responsabilities:

Collaborate with local staff in the country in the apparel orders, reagents, consumables, parts and spare. Follow the distributor arrival in the country of reagents, consumables, analyzers, parts, spare parts orders Prepare minutes of weekly, monthly meetings local team. Monitoring and status the Travel Expenses Reports from sales representatives. Work-life Balance, Vacations, Vaccunation monitoring and follow up. Prepare communication materials (e.g. letters, etc.) Customer Communication. Internal Department Communication.

Sales Report Consolidation

General Assistance in Sales Area. Support in the activities and tasks of account receivables and Quality & Regulatory Affairs. Support, preparation of documentation and tracing of public and private tenders. Quotation for private and public customers of consumables and disposables. Management, tracing and accomplishments of eventes (Project bases, direct purchase, pricing, bidding, business opportunities, medical congresses, bioanalysts, Diamond Activities) Control of Staff incapacities. Step, tracing and maintenance of medical records and database. Control and maintenance of records of documents related to sales department. Attend, manage and funnel customer service calls through call center, unique number and/or PRISMA, including opening complaints cases concerning service (logistics, courier, etc) as well as PCC.

Requirements

·  Bachelor degree in Business Administrator or advance student on similar fields .
·  Candidates will be required to have proven written and oral communication skills in both Spanish and English.
·  Typing and research skills.
·  Customer focus.
·  Teamwork experience.
·  Proactive, Self-motivated and organized.
