The Position

With the remit to ensure best in class PV reporting and standards, this role demands someone that knows how exemplary quality and compliance can be repeatedly demonstrated with intelligent business process design and a skilled analytical approach. Gathering and synthesizing data to identify seams of information, you'll extract key findings and trends, at the same time cultivating metrics and processes to further refine valuable data and reach ever greater degrees of statistical precision.

Working with partners in the development of analytical systems you'll interact frequently with regional teams and safety experts to add greater depth of context, allowing you to provide feedback and recommended actions across a variety of reporting and analysis requirements. Accommodating the different data needs for staff across the business, you'll need to adapt and provide solutions that respond to demand, are built on efficient processes and stand up to scrutiny.

Our UK Pharmaceutical head office is situated in Welwyn garden City, Hertfordshire, with beautiful country side surrounding the area. Supported by major motorways & airports as well as being a 30 minute train ride to London, access is easy. With over 1400 people occupying our site in Welwyn, you can expect opportunities in Early Development (pRED), Product Development (PD), Commercial (Rx) and of course our corporate function.

With a degree in a life sciences field or a similar equivalent, you'll have substantial experience and knowledge of the clinical research and drug development process, with a particular emphasis on analysis and reporting. Versed in pharmaceutical sector standards, guidelines and safety regulations, you'll bring strong analysis, project and process management skills around compliance, performance and quality data.
