We're currently looking for a talented, organised and detail oriented Administrative Professional to support colleagues with day to day operational and administrative tasks. To be successful in this role, you'll need to enjoy helping others, be able to spot hiccups in advance and work collaboratively to resolve them.

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

· 
Administrative support to leaders and other team members, to help achieve business/departmental goals

· 
Coordinating travel and meeting organization in cooperation with internal partners and/or external parties, if needed

· 
Control travel expenses, travel requests, and invoices while checking and check that correct cost center, theme number or AD number are used

· 
You assist team members in the preparation for congresses and, if needed, provide onsite support

· 
Maintain current databases, including intranet, department contact and address lists, organization charts, and other information

· 
File information such as reports and literature, email documents, etc.

· 
Support confidential HR activities, such as recruitment of staff, personnel issues, and assist with new-starter on-boarding and orientation

· 
Handle office space allocations and you assume responsibility for ordering and tracking of office supplies

· 
In addition you support different project work

Desired profile



Who you are

· 
You have a Commercial diploma or an equivalent education and are experienced in an administrative environment

· 
Experienced in coordinating team efforts and you are skilled in organizing and planning

· 
Expert command of electronic communication and business tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Touchpoint etc.)

· 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team-working ability and you love working in a dynamic and diverse team

· 
A can-do, positive mindset with creative ways to resolve topics

· 
You project a professional and competent image of yourself and the company and you show initiative

· 
The ability to flexibly prioritize among competing agendas

· 
You know how to perform reliably and to complete tasks independently and with precision and show a keen sense of relevance and good judgment

· 
Good spoken and written English, as well as fluency in German
