Handling logistics and administrative tasks such as conducting meetings, facilitating collaboration and eliminating hurdles affecting project progress.
Design and deliver engaging content (newsletters, stories, images, info-graphics, and videos).
Develop internal communication channels including Currents posts, digital screens, events and written communications.
Proactively engage key internal stakeholders to generate content and manage the flow and quality of staff communications across all channels.
Prepare, submit and follow up on the contracts, invoices, fees.
Run different procurement and finance administrative activities.
