The Demand to Pay (D2P) department brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with end-to-end D2P services & solutions tailored to their needs. The D2P teams provide customer service to Roche affiliates on D2P systems and processes (Accounts Payable, Payment Management, Order & Contract Management), ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with our customer-focused principles. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions.

Your day to day responsibilities are:

As an Accounts Payable Team Leadyou are responsible for high quality services to Roche suppliers and internal partners.

Our former Accounts Payable Team Lead colleague has progressed to a new exciting role and now we are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual who will shape the future of this challenging function. Our team is diverse, with members of different educational background and levels of experience.

As a qualified expert , you:

· 
Building, leading, coaching and managing a strong and collaborative Accounts Payable team covering end-to-end AP support

· 
Creating a safe and positive team environment and ensuring that the team demonstrates the right mindset and attitude

· 
Setting up clear, right, challenging expectations and goals, with desired behaviors for team members and role modelling these

· 
Through frequent check-ins, ensuring that ongoing dialog occurs on the topics of Career, Capabilities, Connections and Contributions; and developing the team members' knowledge, skills, competency, etc. in order to retain and develop talented staff as well as building a team talent pipeline

· 
Setting and monitoring team working plan and resource allocations

· 
Developing and managing key stakeholder relationships, working with peers to develop future service portfolio in the area of P2P Services & Solutions

· 
Ensuring high quality knowledge transfers and smooth transitions in case of transferring work to own area

· 
Liaising with other Service teams for cross-functional end-to-end service delivery and process improvement

University degree in Finance or relevant professional experience

· 
General understanding of finance processes and standards

2-5 years of experience in a shared service center, with a proven track record of leading regional or global service delivery teams

· 
A growth & continuous improvement mindset, coupled with strong business acumen and an understanding of servicing impact

· 
Customer centricity & accountability as well as excellent communication & problem-solving skills

· 
Strong leadership competencies and demonstrated success in cross-cultural collaboration, change & stakeholder management

· 
You bring a creative leadership style and a coaching mindset (empowering, facilitating accountability, collaboration, experimentation & continuous learning)

·
