Job purposes/Job summary

Implement approved plan to achieve sale objective for assign territory.

Working location: Ho Chi Minh city

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·  Develop and classify customer list upon management guidance for better targeting
·  Develop call and investment plan upon approved target list
·  Ensure target customer to be visited with frequent as agree with management and report to management timely
·  Convey product key message to target customer
·  Building strong relationship with target customer to ensure their support for AC product
·  Provide required supporting document to ensure company resource/investment are using properly and effectively
·  Do frequent check-up to ensure all placement instrument are actively working
·  Actively involved in implementation marketing plan such as symposium, group selling, consumer events, merchandising ect….
·  Ensure good and promptly service providing to customer in professional and “win-win” manner
·  Collect information on market and competitors for promptly feedback to management
·  Keep tracking stock, usage and supply situation of assigned customer
·  Coordinate with management during tender period to ensure successful chance of AC product
·  Adhere to company policy and procedure (spending – code of conduct – dress code)

Education and Qualification:

·  Pharmacist/Bachelor in Health/Science or Business Administration disciplines
·  Multi-national companies in a similar industry with sales experience is preferred

Other skills & abilities

·  Conversant in both English and Vietnamese (conversational & writing)
·  Good communication and selling skill
·  Good knowledge of AC and competitors' product
·  Good understanding of targeting and territory management
·  Well understanding and good relationship of all target customer in assign territory
·  Good working attitude include integrity – teamwork – accountability – commitment to work
·  To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
