What are we expecting from you?
In a growing and dynamic context of the CRC (Client Relations Center) development and the implementation of new structuring tools, Project & QA Specialist will support the CRC team.
· You will ensure CRC quality processes & knowledge management by regularly conducting monitoring to verify the completion of action items that are crucial to meeting client and Maison satisfaction, and identifying areas for improvements, and proposing action plans.
· You will be the point of contact between the Client Relations Center and relevant stakeholders for roll-out projects, and the primary point of contact for our ambassador team regarding CRC systems and processes.
· You will perform the CRC analytics by providing both qualitative and quantitative performance reporting to support the CRC Manager in building relevant action plans.
