Merchandising Executive

This position is responsible for administrative support to Inventory management and logistic operation, reporting to Merchandising assistant manager, communicating with the regional office and co-working with related divisions

 

Task 1 – Inventory management & Administration

·    Maintain and monitor inventory level and representativeness to meet the product assortment and model stock defined
·    Operate client orders from boutiques for Jewelry and wedding band, communicating with regional office.
·    Manage non-sellable stock related to sellable goods such as watch straps

 

Task 2-  Logistic Operation & Administration

·    Monitor shipment updates and status, sharing with the team, to overlook stock level and support events and client orders.
·    Execute PLV communication cross-functionally, liaising Regional office and Warehouse for placing quarterly orders, monitoring shipment and pushing to boutiques.
·    Gate keeper for all imports handled under regulation, intercommunicating related stake holder and logistic team

 

Task 3 – Analysis & Data management

·    Sales and stock analysis on regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
·    Support data to prepare and run a monthly meeting with regional operation team (STOMP: sales trade operation and metier planning)
·   Provide back data and qualitative feedback for monthly forecast on top sellers, feeding the regional team for further support

 

Task 4 – Compliance

·     Execute minding compliance related with product security and importation in liaison with RRK Logistic team
·   Execute consignment, staff purchase procedures

To know

 

-Min.3 year of professional experience in merchandising or supply chain management
-Proficient in SAP and Excel query skillset and adaptable to running different systems
-Supportive mindset and analytic approach.
-Advanced level of English proficiency (verbal and written)
