Job description

• Head Support 
- Assist on business correspondence incl. landlord / Region / HQ 
- Schedule of appointments & itineraries, travel arrangements & Phone handling
- Meetings & conferences organisation: preparation of agenda, documents, meeting minutes, invitation
- File expenses claims, arrange payments
- Cross check and proof-read external correspondence
- Ensure full confidentiality is well respected & acting as relay from the team to the MD (external, boutiques, office)
- Translate and adapt internal documents and correspondence when required
- Liaise with respective parties on policies and informational update, draft and adapt procedures and policies for management review


• Presentation Management & Support 
- Powerpoint presentation support 
- Support in presentation (incl. video) design & coordination incl. Strategic Plan / Regional Plan HQ presentation 
- Consolidate reports and analyses for management review


• Transversal Projects Support & Lead- T&E Management for whole company, and coordination with Finance 
- Monitor overall teams' T&E expenses vs annual budget
- key relay for annual strategic plan design and coordination and timing - Liaise with Regional team 
- coordination of annual gathering, regional seminar
- coordination of planning for HQ / Regional visits (ex : CEO...)
- acting as key relay for new team member on-boarding experience


• 3~5 years of relevant experience gained preferably from multinational company in a cross-cultural environment
• Highly proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to quickly learn new software applications
• Excellent planning and organizing skills, managing priorities
• Highly self-motivated, with sharp attention to detail
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Ability to cope with change
• Team player at ease with transversal and multi-sites organization
• Strong focus on execution & rigorous implementation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to interact with many different people of different needs, backgrounds and methods of working
• Mature, self-motivated, outgoing, able to work independently and under pressure
• Fluent in Korean and English
