LOCATION Shanghai, China
MAIN PURPOSE
The purpose of the position is to be in charge of implement training programs in a high standard and manage training programs in order to ensure the organization achieves the highest level of its business goal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure all training programs are undertaken in effective and efficient manner and people development objectives are met in full.
Identify training needs and preparing the yearly off / on-the-job training programs upon business needs.
Ensure all off & on-the-job training logistic support in a high standard in line with team standard.
Conduct regular boutique & POS visit and make necessary recommendations for improvement.
Develop training material to trade partner in line with business objectives.
JOB PROFILE
• Education: University degree at lowest;
• Experience: at least 3-year training background with solid course delivery experience, preferably in Watch industry,
• Behavioral competencies: Detailed & self-managed; driving for excellence;
• Skills required: proficient in presentation / facilitation; good in MS office software; fluent in English; Good interpersonal skills.
