Searching for a dynamic person to be responsible for the brand’s store network image coordination and implementation within the territory of Latin America & the Caribbean.

 

BASED IN MIAMI WITH THE LATAM TEAM

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

VISUAL MERCHANDISING

·  Coordinate and implement VM animation waves in the region
·  Supervise VM implementation in Mexico done by external agency
·  Ensure sales team provides regular updated POS pictures for HQ VM wave report and scout markets for Image improvement opportunities (external visuals, local merchandising competencies etc.)
·  Ensure turn in of VM wave reports to HQ by the deadlines given
·  Create and implement creative theme window animations/decoration in boutiques and selected POS during special occasions (F1, Father’s Day etc.)
·  Guide and support sales team with any VM requests
·  Prepare VM guidelines for POS and sales team
·  Conduct VM trainings at the POS during store visits  ensuring implementation of brand’s guidelines
·  Monitor VM and PLV stock in all three platforms and include stock cleaning twice a year or as necessary

 

TRADEMARKETING

·  Implementation of all SIS project in the region including supervision of project execution done by external agency in Mexico
·  Implement and follow up a SIS maintenance routine (lightbox system, illumination system in counters, change carpets, etc.)
·  Coordinate and implement all lightbox visual changes as per VM wave
·  Prepare SIS contracts (ensure signature before production start) in alignment with Brand Director or Sales/Country Managers
·  Ensure perfectly updated SIS project files on drive updated with everything related to it (plans, contracts, invoices etc.) at all time

 

Budget control PLV / Depreciation / VM productions

·  Budget control for all PLV, depreciation and VM production costs
·  Follow up on PLV availability and display material: including ordering of new elements
·  Liaise & order all PLV orders to POS for Brazil and Miami only
·  Track and control all PLV orders (Miami/Mexico/Brazil platform)
·  Forecast of annual PLV/VM material needs for the region in collaboration with marketing director

 

Capex

·  Build Capex budget file and keep up to date (whole region)
·  Create and keep track of all SIS budgets (whole region)
·  Support Brand director building Capex forecasts for upcoming fiscal years
·  Coordinate quarterly alignment calls/meetings with finance

 

EVENTS  

·  Responsible for all VM/deco related tasks of all regional events and watch fairs in the region

 

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

2-3 years’ experience in the field of visual merchandising and trade marketing.

Intermediate to advance proficiency level of computer literacy (especially Excel and Photoshop). Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Portuguese would be preferred.

Good planning and organizing skills; ability to prioritize and plan work activities; ability to

multi-task; good communication skills, written and verbal; Pro-active, dynamic and availability to work extended hours
