“Let’s accelerate the Group Supply Chain transformation together with our Maisons”
CONTEXTE
The Richemont Group is accelerating its transformation and “New Retail” is becoming a reality. Agility and Speed are the key drivers for the Supply Chain transformation across our Maisons and manufacturing ecosystem.
As central competence center, the Group Supply Chain Solution Division handles transformation projects with Richemont Maisons to modernize the Supply Chain models, processes and tools.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
· Within the Group Supply Chain Team, you will step in projects, between Maisons and upstream’s Manufactures, implementing new integrated planning processes, at strategical level (S&OP Process) and operational level (VMI).
· You will support new IT tools introduction and dashboard evolution and help to implement business routines.
· You will prepare training materials and support operational teams during implementation.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?
· You have a good understanding of global Supply Chain processes.
· You have appetence for data-analytics combined with solid analytical skills and are at ease with IT tools. Planning processes, reporting tools, project management are familiars’ fields to you.
· You are Fluent in English and French.
· You are positive and adaptive to different people & environments, with strong communication skills (both written and oral). You have a good general culture, intellectual curiosity, and motivation to learn.
