Assist in coordinating construction and fit-out projects for Chloé. 

Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of milestones and deliverables. 

Help monitor budgets, timelines, and administrative matters, including purchase orders and payment follow-ups. 

Organize, archive, and coordinate project documentation such as drawings, change orders, project reports, and meeting notes. 

Support the coordination with contractors, suppliers, designers, and internal teams. 

Assist with quality control to ensure all works align with brand standards and design intent. 

 

Required Qualifications 

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field 

Strong interest in luxury retail, fashion, and high-end interior construction 

Basic understanding of construction processes and project management principles 

 

Skills & Competencies 

Strong organizational and time-management skills 

Attention to detail 

Good communication and coordination abilities 

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Acrobat Pro. 

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
