Serapian Operations Specialist

Job description
How will you make an impact?
· Management of employee purchase requests and Staff Sales
· Cash fund management
· Printing and updating price tags on SAP
· Retail cash system support
· Co-ordination with internal Retail Finance Back Office team
· Management of repairs and spare parts requests on products sold through Staff Sales
· Luggage card management
· Vendor creation/extension/editing and PO creation on SAP
· Management of free gifts (transfers, files, alignment with Finance team)
· Invoice entry of free gifts
· Coordination with group IT and security functions
· Database and handling of sales supports (e.g. props, decorative elements, product supports)
· Monitoring stock and purchase of office supplies (e.g. cafeteria, stationery)
· Acting as a point of reference for office cleaning requests
· Supervising the shared calendar of activities in our office (Villa Mozart in Milan)
How will you experience success with us?
· Previous experience in a similar role
· Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and re-prioritise by adapting flexibly to changes
· Team player, willingness to support and curiosity to learn
· High attention to detail and ability to plan and monitor deadlines in order to drive processes autonomously
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to adapt communication style to different interlocutors
· Mother tongue or equivalent Italian speaker. Fluent English required
· Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
· Proficient user of SAP
