The SDP Manager leads the end-to-end design, layout planning, and execution of retail boutique environments and ensures the quality of the boutique network remains at Maison standards at all times. She/he actively leads the collaboration across local, regional and HQ stakeholders, ensuring that store concepts are aligned with the Maison’s identity, while meeting customer experience goals, operational efficiency, and commercial performance. The SDP Manager will be the main point of contact between local retail or marketing teams, local vendors, local architects, and the Regional/headquarter departments. The SDP Manager supports the Local Managing Director & Retail Director in maintaining a strong relationship with landlords and awareness of the real estate market
What are we expecting from you?
Lead the Opening and Renovation of boutiques
•Ensure a seamless execution of projects from the very first budget estimation until the handover to the retail team, including planning, budget, administrative tasks, coordination, quality checks
•Build the project brief (incl. CAPEX estimation) and participate in the project kick-off
•Challenge drawings, plans, and mock-ups to ensure boutique operations optimization & client experience and contribute to the development
•Source external partners for boutique delivery (trades – millwork, security, IT, construction…)
•Ensure internal compliance requirements in relation to boutique opening and renovation projects are adhered
•Become an ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels boutique concepts
Ensure maintenance and quality of existing boutique network
•Lead the regular maintenance planning and execution for boutiques, ensure that the network adheres to Maison’s standards consistently
•Ensure accurate Maintenance & Repair budget planning and adherence throughout the year in close collaboration with Finance Department
•Regular visit network to ensure standards are upheld while assessing further needs on-site
•Place replenishment orders for accessories / PLV when needed and monitor the local budget
Ensure strong collaboration across stakeholders
•Lead the exchange with stakeholders across functions at local, regional and HQ level to optimize design and layout of our retail spaces to enhance customer experiences and operational needs
•Ensure alignment with Maison's standards, while taking local specificities and elements into consideration
•Liaise with Regional and HQ store planning teams to validate the project framework and elements
•Manage local tendering and selection process

•Manage the team of several SDP colleagues, ensure the development of professional skills and growth
