The IAM Scrum Master will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives by enabling high‑performing agile teams. This role ensures that IAM product squads operate efficiently, remove impediments, and continuously improve their ways of working. Partnering closely with product owners, architects, and security stakeholders, the Scrum Master facilitates the planning and execution of IAM capabilities—including identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication, and privileged access controls.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
- Strong facilitation of sprint ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, retrospectives).
- Backlog management coaching and support for Product Owners.
- Ability to identify and remove blockers to ensure timely delivery.
- Experience driving continuous improvement and agile maturity.
- Understanding of identity lifecycle management (joiner‑mover‑leaver processes).
- Knowledge of authentication & authorization standards (OAuth, SSO, MFA).
- Awareness of access governance and RBAC/ABAC concepts.
- Familiarity with privileged access management (PAM) principles.
- Experience working with IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Saviynt, Azure AD, CyberArk).

Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate all agile ceremonies for IAM squads (planning, refinement, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Coach the IAM teams and IAM Managers on agile best practices, ensuring consistent application of Scrum or Kanban principles.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and high‑performance delivery.
- Remove impediments and proactively resolve delivery blockers to maintain team flow and sprint commitments.
- Drive adherence to Richemont agile delivery standards, definition of ready, and definition of done.
- Support IAM roadmap execution by ensuring predictable sprint velocity and transparent progress tracking.
- Partner closely with Richemont Agile CoE, IAM architects, Richemont security teams, and relevant business stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritize work, and align on outcomes.
- Facilitate cross‑team coordination for dependencies with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
- Communicate delivery status, risks, and issues to leadership in a clear, data‑driven manner.
- Ensure the agile team is equipped to deliver IAM capabilities such as identity lifecycle processes, access governance, authentication/SSO, MFA, and privileged access management.
- Help translate complex IAM challenges into actionable backlog items.
- Promote security‑by‑design and enforce IAM compliance requirements within project workflows.
- Track key agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput) to optimize team performance and delivery predictability.
- Conduct retrospectives and drive improvement actions to strengthen team efficiency and collaboration.
- Foster adoption of automation, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery practices within IAM teams.
- Mentor team members on agile values and lean delivery practices.
- Support team growth, conflict resolution, and development of self‑organization capabilities.
- Encourage experimentation, innovation, and iterative problem‑solving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum, and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of coaching and mentoring agile teams to improve their performance and deliver value to customers.
- Solid experience with agile tools and frameworks, such as Jira, Confluence, and Kanban.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for driving change and continuous improvement.
