How will you make an impact?
Sales Procedures & Guidelines:
- Design, test and implement compliant operational processes, frameworks and controls in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Manage and update the commercial one-wiki ensure it is compliant and up to date with internal controls requirements and latest sales procedures
- Ensure latest sales procedures are communicated to retail teams and controls & checks are designed to ensure teams are complying
- Lead market-specific compliance projects driven by local regulatory requirements in partnership with other Watchfinder departments
- Contribute to annual compliance activities – eg. Anti-Trust reviews, Watchfinder audits
- Own sales compliance operational activities such as monthly discount report review to ensure compliance with guidelines
- Act as the commercial counterpart to the Watchfinder Controls Manager to understand internal control and compliance requirements for all Watchfinder markets
Sales Operations Management:
- Take responsibility for managing operational incidents, blockers or queries from staff and resolving them as quickly as possible, whilst understanding the root-cause.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to improve quality, efficiency and performance, specially within the Live vs Dispatch pipeline, including end-to-end RFC management
- Monitor and track pipeline for all areas of the business internationally, with a special focus to the Live vs. Dispatch to understand where performance needs to be improved and what can be done to ensure maximum output is achieved.
- Drive all staff within the commercial business to go above and beyond expected performance. Specifically closely monitoring conversion of enquiries in the sales funnel and work with Sales/CM’s to improve.
- Act as a the main Sales and Commercial Operations expert & contact to ensure sales procedures are as efficient as possible and support with any commercial process, transaction, order or BackOffice related queries
Partnership Operations
- Work closely with our head of finance to ensure all partnerships accounts are up to date and remain compliant for audit purposes.
- Manage the profiles of our corporate partnerships, inputting their weekly sales reports, processing payments and invoicing, whilst maintaining and great relationship to increase engagement, value and longevity of support
- Manage BAU operations of all current Richemont Partnership Programs (PX and CPO) and be a trusted counterpart to Richemont Maisons for queries, collaboration and escalations
Ad-hoc Commercial Projects
- Contribute to or lead & manage ad-hoc cross-functional projects
